The Social Media Tag

Hello beautiful people!

Kelly @ Another Book in the Wall published a post on The Social Media Tag sometime in July, and I thought it was absolutely adorable! Not only is it an excuse to do a tag, but it’s also a great way to showcase all these amazing bloggers that you may not know about but you REALLY should!

For this, I’m trying to pick people who haven’t been tagged yet (though there are people I want to tag that already have been…*cough* Kelly *cough*). Sorry if you already have been tagged!

Side note: Kelly is SUPER adorable and a fabulous blogger. We just connected recently this year and she’s truly a remarkable human being.

Instagram

A blog with a design you love

Lily @ Sprinkles of Dreams : Seriously guys…even the NAME is Instagram worthy! Lily’s blog is ridiculously stunning; I’ve seriously considered just stealing her site and claiming it as my own. I love how it’s aesthetically pleasing, organized, and still clean and crisp looking.

Facebook

A blog with a friendly blogger

Rebecca @ Bookishly Rebecca : If you could kindly grab your dictionary and find the word “most-kind-human-being-ever”, you’ll notice that Rebecca’s name is there. You know why?? BECAUSE SHE SERIOUSLY IS! I was like some rando in her conversations, and she continues to reach out and compliment my posts and just talk about fun things, books and non book related. She’s tremendously kind, and not in that fake way…like it’s real, authentic kindness. Thanks for being a superstar, darlin’!

Twitter

A blogger who could just write 140 characters and you would still love them

PAPER FURY

C. G. Drews @ Paper Fury : C. G. Drews is EXTREMELY active on both her blog and Twitter…and her Twitter posts are anywhere from super bookworm informative to downright hilarious things about writers and booklovers. Seriously, she’s rather witty in her posts! She could LITERALLY (…and I mean LITERALLY, since I follow her on Twitter…) just write a 140 character post and I would be both intrigued and probably have a good giggle or be in awe by the end. Side note: the aesthetic of her blog makes me want to cry a little inside…I NEED IT!

YouTube

A blog that keeps you entertained

Sofii @ A Book. A Thought. : I am SUPER excited that I found this blog this year…like seriously, what took me so long!? I adore Sofii’s (sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!) blog and her posts; she’s always boldingunderliningitalicizing, and just adding lots of colour to her posts…which makes you WANT to read it more. Her posts are also just a lot of fun in addition to being informative.

Snapchat

A blogger whose updates you can’t wait for

Norees @ No Reads Too Great : I just REALLY enjoy Norees’ posts! One of the things about blogging is that both blogging and reading other posts can be EXTREMELY time consuming. What I greatly appreciate about the posts on No Reads Too Great is that they are VERY informative AND fun, but they aren’t an essay. I feel as though I always have time to read her posts and still have fun with it. I also love that when you post comments, she responds and you get this fun conversation going.

Tumblr

A blog that is very diverse and has variety

Inside My Library Mind

Marija @ Inside My Library Mind : The posts on this site are incredibly fascinating and very diverse! Marija posts book reviews, tags and award posts, intriguing discussion posts, her own book swap creation, and much more. I think that’s a truly love about this blog – I can always find something new and exciting that STILL relates to books but isn’t necessarily a review. Her blogs a breath of fresh air…and she’s really cool FYI.

Pinterest

A blog which is full of creativity and inspiration

BookBum

Zuky @ BookBum : BookBum is one of the first book blogs I ever began following…and there’s a reason why….she’s just REALLY well known! Zuky has skyrocketed in the book blogging realm! Her posts are very interesting and creative, things that I honestly don’t see beyond her own blog (i.e. NetGalley Picks, “how to”, Friday Finds, etc.). She also started a book club and links the reviews on her site. Additionally, posts that we all write (i.e. reviews) just seem completely and utterly unique on her site…#jealous

    1. You’re so sweet ha-ha! You’re welcome love – it’s so true though! There’s a reason why your blog is so popular; it stands out and has it’s own uniqueness to it, more so than most blogs in my personal opinion. I find that you publish posts that most people don’t, like your NetGalley ones and the quotes on Wednesdays. You work hard and it’s obvious from your blog 🙂 ❤
