Bullet Journal June 2019 || Plan With Me

Hello beautiful people!

Okay … technically it’s still May so I’m not late. I don’t know … I just had little desire to do this. I actually loved doing it all until the weekly layouts … I think I’m going to go back to making them more minimal (less rulers and lines required) since I just don’t care to do SO MUCH! I also plan to buy some stickers and what not to help fill the pages out. Anyways … fruit for thought.

I hope you all enjoy it!

Inspiration

Another month where I had SOME ideas but had difficulty getting started. Some lovely inspirations I used are:

Resources

The colours I used specifically for this set up are 020, 062, 243, 772, and 990. For the Tombow Mono Drawing Pens, I used 01 and 03; the 01 pen is the best little small details such as the flowers, mason jars and the fireflies.

Changes & additional notes

Instead of a fitness page, I added a calendar for my 30 Days of Yoga Challenge! That’s right … it’s another year of the 30 days and I’m going to complete it! I tend to ACTUALLY go if I plan ahead of time … and I like this for tracking, especially the days I do home practice rather than going to the studio.

The budget and expense tracker has only SLIGHTLY updated. I changed around my savings because some of the things I listed really aren’t savings (i.e. insurance, property taxes), so I had to play around with sizing and room. As I mentioned last month, I want to great savings jars in my new journal.

And lastly, I re-vamped the weekly spreads a tad but kept the month at a glance calendar and the trackers differently.

Also … I’m REALLY sorry about the lighting … it was evening and I don’t have the greatest lighting in my condo building.

That’s it! I haven’t really been posting much regarding Bullet Journals other than my Plan With Me series, simply because I haven’t thought of anything to write — lame excuse, I know. So PLEASE do not hesitate to suggest posts you’d like to see!

  1. I love this theme! It’s so pretty ❤ I've been trying to figure out a new way to do my weekly layouts because I'm starting a new journal that's a different size from my old one, and I think I might try something similar to yours.

  2. I adore your layouts. They’re so clean and effective. I tried with the whole straight line ruler thing but I gave up after the first attempt haha. I tried adding a saving/spending page and all but forgot about it after a week.

    1. Thank you, love!!! I really appreciate that! I’m thinking that if I continue loving to do BuJo lay outs that I might do a small YouTube account next year. It would only be for my “plan with me” so I wouldn’t post often, but it might be easier for people. I want to make sure I have good tools and resources though first!

  3. I love how whimsical this design is! I don’t have a single artistic bone in my body so I’ve always failed at making bullet journals – it takes me hours to do what most people can get done in minutes hahaha xD

    1. Awe, thank you!! I’ve been trying to go for that aesthetic so I’m so glad someone commented on that!! Oh, trust me … I take FOREVER! Usually two days. I’m not that artistic — I just doodle a lot and use fun washi tape and stickers to make it look nice he-he. I’m lucky that my handwriting is FINALLY getting better!
