Bullet Journal November 2019 || Plan with Me

Hello beautiful people!

Yes, yes … I’m a couple days late … but never late than never!!!

As many of you know … I’m obsessed with Friends (it’s actually on TV right now as I’m writing this so if there are spelling errors … my bad). This year is the Friends 25th anniversary, so what better way to celebrate than to create this Friends themed Bullet Journal spread!

I hope you all enjoy it!

So … to make life easier, I re-organized my Pinterest Bullet Journal Board so you can see where I find most of my inspirations! It’s not a book blog account or anything, just my personal Pinterest account. I’m also going to upload my own spreads to Pinterest as well … eventually. Not this time though.

Cover Page

Honestly, I just wanted to go with a simple layout throughout this entire monthly spread! The door I found somewhere on Google images, which was very helpful … do you know how it is to think of how to draw a door?! It’s harder than I thought it’d be ha-ha! Those of you who are fans of Friends know that the episodes MAINLY start as “The One …”, so I kept this theme throughout my layout!

Monthly Calendar

Because I loved this so much last month, I decided to stick with the monthly calendar I found on Eline’s Instagram account [ journalbeanie ] … it’s just too cute! This image doesn’t show it, but I did the scrap pieces of paper again like last month to write down major events in the month!

Rather than having a future and notes section throughout the weekly spreads, I decided to just do one page for this … I found that I was running out of room on the weekly spreads ha-ha!

Blog Tracker & Budget/Expense Tracker

Yup … so glad to have this back! It’s honestly been nice to keep track of what I have planned already without having to log into WordPress.

Again, as I mentioned in October … I’ve removed the Expense Tracker since I use Spendee now. This has made my life a lot easier … and has made me saved more as it’s easier to see how much you’ve spent.

Editing Tips and Tricks: I actually messed up and wrote “Habit Tracker” underneath that scrap sheet of paper, so I used that to fix it and wrote “Budget Tracker” on it!

Weekly Spread

For the weekly spreads, I took some lovely inspiration from Kat Cuthbert’s Instagram account: booksofnotes. I’ve been wanting to try a weekly spread on only page rather than two for some time … and I think it worked out well! I’ll make sure to let you all know next month how it went!

Weeks 44 to 48 are the same, so I only posted weeks 46 and 47 since that picture looked the best ha-ha! Then on the last page that I had left, I decided to do one more doodle … since the couch and that quote are so iconic!

Resources

As per usual, my go-to markers are the Tombow Dual Brush Pens. In this layout, I used: 020 and 623. The Tombow Mono Drawing Pen (no. 01) was used to draw everything. I also used a blue, red and yellow marker from this Crayola pack I purchased a LONG time ago.

Some other miscellaneous items I used are random scraps of paper and the Tombow Adhesive tape. Oh! And when I’m actually writing in my bullet journal throughout the month, I used the Uni-ball Black Gel Pens (they’re STILL the best thing ever).

That’s a wrap! Please let me know if you have any suggestions or requests for next month! And if you’d like to see a certain theme in the future, comment below!

    1. Thank you! I really hope this weekly spread works out. So far, I’m really liking it. I found using the two pages a little much and not minimal enough. I love having all these details on one page yet it still not feeling overwhelming. Let me know if you try this out!

  1. I really love this theme and your photography props are beautiful too! I’ve never been a big fan of Friends though I’m looking into borrowing the box set from a friend. I know you’d say it’s worth it 🙂 xx
