The Social Media Tag || Tags & Awards

Kristin @ Kristin Kraves Books has a list of all the tags she’s done on her website, which is PERFECT when you just need to find a fun post to do! I’ve been following her blog for YEARS … and she’s amazing. So make sure to visit her site!

I’m very picky on my social media, so I don’t actually have accounts for all the ones listed in this tag. But it still seems like so much fun! What’s even BETTER about this tag is that it’s a blogger shout out tag rather than a book shout out tag … LETS SPREAD THE LOVE!

The Rules

  • Thank the person who tagged you.
  • Choose a blog/blogger per category and explain why you chose them.
  • Tag others to do this (up to you how many).

Instagram // A blog with a design you love

READ BY TIFFANY || Honestly … if I could … and not feel guilty about it … I’d steal Tiffany’s design. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE her aesthetic! I love the colours, the layouts of her reviews and blog posts, the organizational structure, her separators and signatures, her feature images … all of it. Her aesthetic is definitely a big inspiration for me, making me want to work on mine even more! And … she’s also just the BIGGEST sweetheart ever!

Facebook // A blog with a friendly blogger

A Book. A Thought. || Sofii!!!! AHHHHH! She’s such a sweetie! This year has been VERY rough for me health wise, so I disappeared for a couple of months this year. When I decided to come back, I honestly wasn’t expecting a lot of people to still be around. But I was very much proven wrong. And someone that REALLY made me feel so welcomed to be back was Sofii. She LITERALLY makes you feel like you are the best person on the entire planet, full of love and care. She truly has a heard of gold.

Twitter // A blogger who could just write 140 characters and you would still love them

milk and honey paperback cover by rupi kaur. Black background with white text and bees.

BookBum || Zuky MAINLY reviews horror, mystery, and thriller … three genres I REALLY don’t tend to read a lot of. But I still find myself drawn to her reviews … they’re just so good! Zuky’s perfected the art of writing a concise yet detailed review, having a constant and gradual flow throughout the post. This is something I’m STILL working on. I also just adore her to bits, as she’s an amazing human who I’ve really gotten to know more over the years!

YouTube // A blog that keeps you entertained

Kristin Kraves Books || I have been following Kristin’s blog for MANY years … I think she’s one of the first blogs I began following during my first year of blogging. I love all the wide array of blog posts she does; from book reviews to book memes, she provides a lot of inspiration and entertainment! You can REALLY hear her voice when reading her blog posts, which is what really makes reading her blog such a fun time! Honestly … LOVE her work! She’s also really sweet and kind, with a very approachable personality!

Snapchat // A blogger who’s updates you can’t wait for

Whimsy Pages || ALEX AND HER BLOG POSTS! UGH! I can’t get over the flow of her posts and her creative discussion ideas! As much as I LOVE reading everyone’s posts, it can be REALLY time-consuming… especially the REALLY LONG ones. Alex does a fantastic job of writing detailed and fun posts, yet making them a decent length; not too short that there’s not enough information, but not too long that I end up not wanting to read it. She’s also another blogger aesthetic that I adore and someone who’s such a wonderful human being!

Tumblr // A blog which is very diverse and has variety

Inside My Library Mind || Whether I want a thought-provoking post, a book with a diverse cast and/or author, or just looking for some diversity and variety in general … Marija’s blog is my number one go-to for this. She’s REALLY attentive to representing diversity and variety, not only in her posts but in the books she reads. This is something I still have to work on, so I love knowing who to go to when I need a recommendation. She’s also just lovely! She’s another blogger I’ve been following for a LONG time and have come to really admire!

Pinterest // A blog which is full of creativity and inspiration

Drizzle & Hurricane Books || Marie and Nyx LITERALLY have the ultimate blog goals … this blog is just … I’m honestly so jealous somedays! The design and layout and discussion posts are so CREATIVE! Really, I KNOW they work hard to maintain such a fantastic blog … but sometimes, I’m just like, “HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THIS?!” Even their design layout is so creative, tying in throughout their entire blog theme and aesthetic. If I could recommend anyone to a starter blog to follow for some inspiration, this is one of the top blogs I’d lead them to. Aaaaaaaaaand … they’re such lovely people!

Tag! You’re it!

There are a lot of people missing … I almost contemplated doing two blogs per prompt! So what I’ll probably do is do another round of this again at some point! I’m honestly just going to tag anyone that wants to spread some blogger love around!

Discussion time!

Who are some of your favourite bloggers? Are there any that really stand out to you? Why? Also … what’s your number one social media outlet? Mine’s DEFINITELY Instagram!
