The Unique Blogger Award Number Four

Hello beautiful people!

…can I just say how wonderful you people are?! Seriously, receiving blogger awards or being pinged back for a fun tag makes me realize the number of great people I’ve been lucky to have met simply through choosing to start a book blog. So, thank you.

Laura @ The Girl With All The Books nominated me for the Unique Blogger Award sometime at the end of August. This is my fourth nomination, which is pretty cool in my opinion. Laura has a wonderful blog with truly insightful posts, especially her book reviews! Please go visit her site and give it some love!

Books I’ve Read: The 2018 Version

Hello beautiful people!

Welcome to the 2018 version of the Books I’ve Read post! Anything I’ve read in 2018 will be posted here; if I’ve written a review for it, the link will connect to it! I was SUPPOSED to post this at the beginning of the year and just update it…but you know…that didn’t happen…what a shocker!!!

I decided to participate in the Goodreads Reading Challenge. I’ll post those here too since I’m reading them in 2018. HOWEVER, if you’d like to check out the books I plan to read, you can click on the links above and see my book shelves on my Goodreads page!

Happy Reading!

Top 5 Wednesday: Favourite Creepy Settings

Hello beautiful people!

To be frank, I wasn’t really feeling this weeks Top 5 Wednesday discussion; I had done something recently regarding my favourite villains, hence the lack of enthusiasm to redo this topic. The Favourite Creepy topic is from the October of 2017  list…and it sounded MUCH more appealing. Here’s a list of books with some pretty creepy settings!

The Logophile Book Tag

Hello beautiful people!

Kelly @ Another Book in the Wall recently created her own book blog tag called The High School Stereotypes Book Tag. Always wanting to create my own book blog tag, Kelly has inspired me to give it a go!

The tag is called The Logophile Book Tag. A logophile is “a lover of words”. Since I’m truly fascinated with the concept of language and words, this seemed fairly appropriate. All the questions below are based off of remarkable yet seldomly used expressions or terms.
